Financial Information: Bank account details, UPI IDs, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, trading history, transaction records, payment card information (processed through third-party payment processors), and investment preferences.

Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information, cookies and tracking technologies, usage data, log files, and analytics data.

Trading & Platform Data: Order history, portfolio data, risk profiles, trading strategies (anonymized), platform preferences, and account settings across Zenguard Markets, Zenguard Funding, and ZenQuant.

eCommerce Data: Store configurations, product listings, customer data processed through EazyDropshipping (processed as a data processor on behalf of our users), and order fulfillment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes: To provide, operate, and maintain our products and services. To process transactions, manage accounts, and fulfill contractual obligations. To verify identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Data retention periods vary by product and legal requirement. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 5 years post-closure.

You have the right to: Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and request access to it. Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Grievance Redressal — file complaints with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India.
